It’s OK to Ask for Help
If you or someone you know is experiencing suicidal thoughts, we are here to help. Boldt’s trained peers are ready to support you. Known as “Gatekeepers,” these employees are equipped to ensure individuals receive the help they need, in a confidential manner. You can identify Gatekeepers by a purple hard hat sticker at our job sites or a vinyl window decal outside their offices.
LifeMatters – Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
We are proud to provide Boldt Employees with an EAP when you or your family needs helpful resources or reliable professional care. This service can be used with EAP’s offered through your Union. Free, confidential LifeMatters services include:
WorkLife Services
- Financial Consultation
- Legal Consultation
Six (6) scheduled counseling visits
- Use for: stress, depression, work/life balance, family and relationship concerns, etc.
