Boldt projects win four awards from AGC Wisconsin
The Boldt Company was awarded four BUILD Wisconsin Awards by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Wisconsin. The annual awards program recognizes top projects throughout the state in several categories, evaluated on sustainable practices, craftsmanship, innovation, and the team’s ability to meet difficult challenges. Congratulations to all the team members that contributed to the success of these projects.
Three Boldt projects were recognized:
Aurora Medical Center in Grafton – MEDICAL Observation UNIT

A new 16-bed medical observation unit addition to the existing medical center. Boldt, along with our design partner, prefabricated the building in 24 modular units in two prefabrication facilities in less than 5 weeks.
Ascendium Corporate Headquarters

The new 63,000 SF, three-story office building features an almost entirely glass enclosure, with a unique curved design. It features a gym / fitness area for employees; training and break areas; open office floor plans on each floor; seminar and dining space for large gatherings, conference / meeting rooms and spaces for visitor / student learning
Children’s Wisconsin – Craig Yabuki Tower
- General Contractor – Commercial Projects – New Construction
The tower comprises six above-grade stories and one below-grade level, totaling 237,000 SF. The new Craig Yabuki tower offers a wide range of specialty care and surgical services. The new tower is part of the multi-phased “Milwaukee Campus Improvement Project,” for which Boldt is the lead contractor.
