Baptist Memorial Healthcare - DeSoto
Boldt, in partnership with Baptist Memorial Healthcare Corporation, is the developer of a new, 89,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art on-campus medical office building (MOB) on Baptist’s DeSoto campus in Southaven, Mississippi.
The project, anchored by Baptist includes cancer care, urgent care, primary care and imaging. This multi-tenant building adds significant capacity to the DeSoto Hospital campus. Boldt’s aggressive cost of capital, along with the flexibility to provide tenant and physician ownership, allows Baptist and third-party tenants the opportunity to participate in the upside value of the MOB, with limited downside risk.
The MOB broke ground in January of 2021 and opened in summer of 2022.
