Boldt is currently managing the construction of a new 220,000 SF greenfield, fresh-pack facility. When completed, it will process over 100,000 pounds-per-hour of raw vegetables. The project is being executed as a design/build partnership with the Foth/Boldt team handling all components of the project.
Prior to the official project award, the design/build team collaborated to create an accurate project estimate and detailed planning schedule to effectively integrate engineering and construction planning. The team has worked collaboratively through the difficulties of COVID-19 and commodity markets to ensure the project is delivered on time and under budget.

- Boldt self-performed all concrete, masonry, structural steel, equipment setting and rough carpentry.
- Boldt coordinated the owner’s schedule and construction schedules to facilitate open communication. This was particularly important for procurement and engineering deliverables.
- Special consideration was taken to account for the sequencing of the structural steel, underground drains and large equipment to accommodate a complex schedule.
